Question Heatsink replacement: Foxconn 2ZR71-406 -> Cooler master H410R/H411R (Phenom II 965 BE)

Hello.

I have a AMD phenom II 965 BE with foxconn heatsink and I wanna change it with a Coooler Master H410R/H411R. Will it handle OC fine? If not, at least will it be a noticeable difference in performance/temp and noise?
My chassis only has 17cm wide, and 13.5cm to 14 cm free between cpu and the side panel. Thanks 😃
