Hi everyone, last month i built my new gaming pc but after a month i have noticed that cpu cooler (fuma 2) runs at 550 rpm in every situation (gaming, working, watching videos etc...).

The cables are connected in the right place as both the motherboard manual and the heatsink manual matched the connection position of the cables so at least on this I'm sure.
Changing the fan speed from bios or any software doesn't work ...

What do you think it can be?

CPU is Ryzen 5 5600X, using AMD ryzen master it seems that CPU doesn't go over 40/45 degrees on long gaming sessions and high quality (on 1440p resolution).

If it can help those are my specs:
  • CPU: Amd ryzen 5 5600X
  • Heatsink: Scythe Fuma 2
  • Motherboard: Asus TUF b550 plus (+ wifi)
  • PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-650

  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6Gb
  • SSD: Hitachi HFS512G32MND-3210A
  • Case: Antec DF700
