heatsink touching GPU Shroud

How worry should i be if the heatsink touches the Black plastic shroud of the GPU?

Its a gtx 1050 OC 2gb gigabyte

"Touches" isn't a big problem as long as the heat sink fins (?) don't get hot enough to melt the plastic shroud, or as long as it isn't putting a lot of pressure on either item.

I'm not sure how this is possible. If its how it came out of the box don't worry about it. If you dropped or damaged the shroud such that it IS touching, then you need to fix or replace the shroud

Plastic, I would not worry about.
Metal to metal perhaps.
I once used a paper shim to separate a large cooler from a graphics card backplate just in case.

If those wires weren't in the way, I could tell better. But as I said above, if it isn't putting pressure on either component it is fine. Touch the heat sink when the CPU has been under load and see if it is hot or just warm.

It doesn't appear that heat is going to be an issue. And (from the picture) it doesn't look like there is any pressure between the two components. I wouldn't worry any more. Enjoy.
