Looking for a rig around $1000-1300 that can run heavily modded Skyrim with 40-60 fps. Want to use the most demanding enbs, 4k+ texture mods, dense grass and trees mods, overhauls, and other misc. graphic enhancement mods. Thanks.

This is a pretty much an absolutely overkill bill for Skyrim, but I know how VRAM hungry the ENB mods can be. Leaves $1K for OS/Peripherals.
