i have old power supply called HEC-350TN-2WX that is 350 walt and it specs are

------------------------------------
+3.3V +5V
20A 12A
125W

+12V1 +12V2
20A 20A
276W

-12V
0.3A
3.6W

+5VSB
2.5A / Peak 3.5A
12.5W

total 350 walt
------------------------------------

i wonder if this power supply is enough for video card (Galax gtx 1050 ti OC) model(50IQH8DSN8OC) that does not require external 6 pin and if it will work good without any problem?
shall i worry about 12v rail?

and here is other competent installed in my system in case we need to calculate total system power draw:
-cpu that have 95 walt TDP
-motherboard chipset that support PCI 2.0 express
-three 7200rpm harddisk installed
-4 modules 2 gb 1.8volt ram total 8gb installed
-two 120 mm fan installed

and in case this power supply is enough can i overclock on it both the CPU and GPU or not?
Thanks

i'm on budget and i choose this gpu for that it don't require upgrading my power supply and in case i upgraded my power supply than i will get rx 470/570 card with seasonic psu

and i want to able to run modern games on medium or high at 30 fps till i upgraded my system as there is youtube channel that show videos for my cpu and gtx 950 gets 30 fps on medium or high on modern games so i hope to get this performance with my old cpu that (i shy to tell) so if i tell the cpu model could you inform me if i will get this 30 fps on medium at modern games or not?

i already tried overclocking on it and it works fine but i have question when i overclocked i left the volt setting on bios to auto for cpu and ram is that wrong? or could cause damage to cpu?

i have q6600@2.4 ghz and i didn't over clocked till 3 days ago for 8 times with different speeds each for few minutes and it was stable and now i run it at 2.4

and there is youtube link

that show that q6600 with gtx 950 runs modern games around 25 to 30 fps on medium/setting so it is very important to me if i get gtx 1050 ti with ram 8gb bus 800 ddr2 instead of 8gb bus 1333 ddr3(as he use ddr3 in youtube video and i have ddr2)
will i get similar performance or not?

and also i want to be sure that i don't have to be worry about +12v rail as my current hec psu support only 20A for +12v so is it enough for gpu right ?

i tried to overclock till 3.4 successfully and i will try 3.6 but i'm worried about the temps as i overclock on intel stock air cooler
and i don't know what are max temps for overclocking that don't damage the cpu
and what temps (the cpu temps or core temps) to monitor as i use hwmonitor software?
note i have q6600 G0 (TDP 95 w) and gigabyte EP43-ds3l
and will my power supply able to handle both overclock to 3.4/3.6? and gtx 1050 ti? or it will cause problems?
