i7 4510u - laptop cpu - your i5 will be stronger
can't be upgraded easily eg custom power supply, small case - you don't have a case. your power supply will be stronger
gtx 750ti - your gtx970 will be way stronger
8gb ram 1600 - vs your 2 x 8gb 2133
wifi card - you don't have one. Buy onme if you need it eg Asus N53
128gb ssd, 500gb hdd - you don't have a ssd

what is the purpose of wifi card? and i have ssd and it will have a 128 ssd and 2 TB seagate HDD

wifi card is to connect by wifi (antenna) to your router - to connect to the internet.

The SSD will be good

You will have a much better PC than the Asus.
