Question Hello Everyone i have a problem with my gpu and cpu

So a few days earlier my fps in game started drop out of nowhere i used to have 120-150 fps in LOL now i have 4-7-10 and that's bad. This problem happened after the amd new software Adrenalin 2020 i had my metric overlay up so i can see what's the problem. I found out that the GPU UTIL was too low instead the CPU UTIL was at 100% can someone help me!

AMD radeon R9 270 4GB
16 Ram
Windows 10 Pro
Ssd 128 Gb
HDD 1tb

try tweaking your NVIDIA Control panel, lets you set different settings on different apps
