That is coming up as a Laptop wit non replaceable CPU and GPU, if this isn't the case can you provide a different number.

As far as Dell Inspiron's desktops go it depends on the case. Slimline with a 220W to 300W power supply or a Micro ATX with a 250W to 300 Watt supply. Which do you have?

Both units with less than a 300 Watt supply will work well with a 730 GT which can run off a 220 Watt supply fairly easy.
For the Micro case with a 300 Watt supply you can run a 750 TI non overclocked version, it's the most powerful card that a 300 Watt supply will handle.
