I'll advice you bring your computer to a local repair shop and get it fixed.

Will the notebook (?) boot into Safe Mode?

What message or pop-up window do you get when prompted to log in?

Do you have a recovery USB drive or DVD disk that may have come with the notebook or been created afterwards?

Very likely that you will lose all installed apps and data.

On an uninfected system, have someone put a bootable alternate OS so that you can scan the OS drive externally prior to it booting...
