Question Hello I want to overclock my computer can someone pls help me?

So Im trying to overclock my laptop through xtu and havent quite understood the concept with videos so i have come to ask the experts for help
So here are my computer specs:

Processor Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU
Cores x GHz 4 Cores, 8 Threads @ 2.81 GHz
OS Windows 10, 64 bit, Core (build 18362)
Gfx card Geforce GTX 1060/PCIe/SSE2

is it overclockable?

You probably don't want to overclock a laptop

If I remember correctly the Core i7-7700HQ CPU is locked. Also overclocking on a laptop is not advised. There are some expensive laptops that you can overclock with.

Basically all the components are designed to work a stock operation. Once you try to overclock you can brick the motherboard because it can't handle the higher requirements of the overclock. Temperatures also can brick the board as well over time. It kills battery life.
