Question Hello, need a little help with my GPU

Hello, i recently got a rx 6700xt, i have tried playing some game and it seems that my gpu stays around 70% and cpu jump from 50 to 70% when playing games, i have up dated everything possible, and still getting low fps, so wondering if it's my motherboard limiting my gpu or bad settings, any help would be great.

Everything looks to be running fine, I ignore drives as they generally don't affect performance. If I had to guess, the issue is your CPU just isn't up to the task, 4 threads was fine a few years ago but not now.

dang, and i was starting to think i got a bad gpu, but as i look at the cpu usage when playing games, i seen random cpu spikes at the time of it lags or fps drops.

should i use my gpu or should i take it out and wait till i upgrade the cpu and motherboard?
