Hey guys can someone point me in the right direction for building my first PC? I've already done a bit of research on this but the sites I've visited so far does not include a monitor and OS in their $1000 video editing builds. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'll be using Premiere Pro and yes 1000 USD. For professional use.

Premiere Pro is more CPU intensive than GPU intensive, but certain effects benefit greatly from having a dedicated GPU. 16GB of RAM and a fast storage drive are a must.

Something like this would do nicely:

The case and monitor are very subjective, so you may have your own preference there.

If you can, I would wait for Black Friday. Newegg is going to have some really good deals, like a 1700x for $149. If not, something like this perhaps.
