help 500 $ build

i am liking to build a computer
for $500 i tried usiong pc part picker but i kept going over
i would like a pc with the new amd fx 9370 most important im rendering videos and a decent card for gaming i also want windows 7 i doubt its possible but it might be thanks in advance

i would settle for the 8350 can you make a build off of that just an 8350 and 8gb ram or 6gb
