Can someone build a $800 gaming PC? I would like to play Cities Skylines, Project Cars, Minecraft, and ETS 2. I would like WIndows 8.1, an optical drive, an i5, and a monitor. If you could do a red or blue color scheme that would be great. Thank you. :)

Went $50 over budget. If you like city builders than I would definitely get the game. They were nice enough to send me a review copy early and it's a lot of fun and well made.

If I were you would save try and save up another couple hundred bucks to go for the best i5 and a better GPU. Cities Skylines will start to get very demanding with large cities. Each tile is the size of a city in Simcity and you can go up to 9 tiles without modding the game.
