That is a fake 9800GT, because it has 256MB vram and it's using the G73 GPU from the Geforce 7600 series. It should have 512-1GB vram and be using the G92 GPU.

If you just bought that fake "9800GT", you should try returning it if you can. You may have trouble getting a proper driver to function. Also, you were already told where to get the correct driver. Search for Geforce 7 series in product series at the link that rgd1101 provided.
