help a tnt2 out

I've got just a normal tnt2. What is the limit that I can reach without blowing it up?
The norm is memory 150mhz and the processor at 125mhz. The tnt2 pro's mem is clocked at 166mhz and the ultra clocked at 183mhz. I doubt I can run stable at the ultra setting but what about the pro settings? Does the tnt2 suffer from a memory bottle neck too? How much can I get from overclocking the tnt2's processor?

i still have one of those in my sons computer,for cooling i just screwed an old cpu fan over the heatsinks with 1 screw over the graphics chip,had to bend the fins in a little to get it to hold a screw good and it now runs at 160/165

you can convert it into an Ultra if soldering dont scare ya

what's the diff from tnt2 and the ultra? Besides the clock? The extra fps gained from going to a tnt2 ultra isn't that much but I'd like to hear what you have to say.
