Question Help about mouse accel in windows?

Can you explain to me how to set these sliders and leave them to default ... I'm a gamer and I want windows without acceleration 1: 1, I tried to put both sliders on slow, but it's a different feeling, as if changing me FOV. Would I be grateful for the answer?

In spite of not asking for your mouse's make and model, the procedure to disable mouse acceleration in OS should be the same(if you don't rely on an app by mouse maker). Read through this article.
