Hi Everyone, really need help.
My daughter was watching Youtube on her Acer 15 Chromebook and all of a sudden the screen just went dark/black. We tried restarting numerous times, but still doesn't work. We can still see the blue light on the side and the keyboard led lights when we turn on the laptop.
Does anyone know how to fix? Is the screen dead? The laptop is only about 1.5 years old.
