[SOLVED] HELP! AMD RX 5500 OEM only ?

Hi I have just read in the last few hours that AMD is only realeasing the rx 5500 to OEM's ? I assume that just means DELL,HP and the like is this right am I reading this correctly ? So MSI and ASUS wont be putting a rx 5500 out its going to be the rx 5500 xt and of coarse it will be more money ?

Thanks well that took the wind out of my sails...Not what I was hoping for. I thought AMD could put a real wamy on Nvidia with the rx 5500 going after the gtx 1650 super and then the rx 5500xt going after the gtx 1660 and with a price point that would bust Nivida's hold over good lower end cards. Now it looks like the same ole game and Nvidia will win again.
