Question [HELP ASAP] Dell T3500 Light 2 3 4 blinking and amber power light

I bought a Dell T3500 with xeon w3530 from a local market yesterday, everything went fine and i installed windows and everything, but today i turned it on, and it shows lights 2 3 4 blinking, and no display.
I have tried reseating the processor, unplugged all connections on motherboard and re-plugged them, changed ram slot, reseated my Rx 560, no luck. What might be the issue?

The blink codes don't provide much insight.

The blink codes indicate a bios problem. I would try stripping the system down to just ram cpu and video and see if you can get into the bios. If no success, reset the bios too and try again.

i can't even get into bios, the computer shows no display at all

i saw that, it just says that system can't hand over control to bios, hardware issue?

Considering this is a 2 year old thread with a user who hasn't been back on the board in a year and a half, I am going to say OBE and close this thread.
