I have a h8-1403 pc with a ipmmb-fm motherboard gtx 1060 and i changed some settings in my bios now my computer turns on but it says no source signal on my monitor. Help please I tried holding the windows key and b key at the same time with the power to reset bios and it worked but then I restarted my computer and it's back to no source signal

Solution
Make sure everything is plugged in. Is there an "input" button on your monitor? You may have to switch it to the correct input source. It would be helpful to run a RAM test, clean the ram, and take out and place back in.
I've tried to remove all my ram and re place it in different slots took out my motherboard battery to reset cmos or w.e and put it back in and what finally worked for me was the windows b power button combo but now that doesn't seem to be working or I can't time it properly and I really need some thoughts on this

Turn the computer off for a minute, then turn it back on. If you can, get back into the BIOS and restore all settings to their defaults and then save and exit. It should boot ok then.
Let me know what happens by posting here.
Also, have you been overclocking anything, particularly the CPU?

No nothing has been overclocked. The problem started when I was trying to set up my 16 go caching ssd and entered the bios. I believe I changed the sata emtulation setting to RAID. Then a blue screen. Now whenever I boot my computer all fans spin and everything seems to work there's just no display on the monitor. I've been able to boot my computer by using the key combination method to reset the bios from the hp website

It boots fine and windows 10 seems to work it's just whenever i turn off my computer the problem begins again. I'm pretty sure it's the bios any input would be greatly appreciated.
