[HELP] Bios literally doesn't have an update option

I've literally tried every option that was in the BIOS

Motherboard: Asus Prime B250M-C (Micro-Atx)

Website even allows you to download the file to update, I have no disc drive to install the disc that came with my motherboard, but I'm sure a USB w/ the downloaded file in the website would work
