Question Low FPS in games ?

I have a 4060 Ti 16GB GPU, a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, 32GB RAM and I'm getting pretty bad FPS in most games. I've tweaked my PC and overclocked my GPU using a software.

i just got some and they came in and im see if it helps i overclocked it to 3200mhz and the voltage to 1.300

The kit should work as one as xmp
