I have a 4060 Ti 16GB GPU, a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, 32GB RAM and I'm getting pretty bad FPS in most games. I've tweaked my PC and overclocked my GPU using a software.

ok first is the 32gb a single stick or 2 sticks of 16gb.

what games are you playing and your fps numbers.

as for cpus for that motherboard youll need to upgrade that bios to latest version

since the board is a oem i checked some forums

https://support.cyberpowerpc.com/hc...06083299219-B550AM-Gaming-motherboard-Drivers

bios files

3 cpus recomend

ryzen 7 5700x is a power sipper will run on stock solution recomend a 5-6 heatpipe cooler.
ryzen 7 5700x3d ( gets hot) needs a decent cpu cooler no cooler provided in box works on air cooling 7 heatpipe cooler recomended.
ryzen 5900x ( requires water cooling can be air cooled but i had to lock mine to 1.3v voltage. computer kept shutting down)

the games you play are quite cpu sensitive.

also what is your current air cooler how many pipes does it have and what are your cpu temps when gaming if unsure

download hw monitor

https://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/hwmonitor_1.55.exe

and run this in the background while playing fornite for 20 minutes

then check temps.
