I have a 4060 Ti 16GB GPU, a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, 32GB RAM and I'm getting pretty bad FPS in most games. I've tweaked my PC and overclocked my GPU using a software.

ok first is the 32gb a single stick or 2 sticks of 16gb.

what games are you playing and your fps numbers.

as for cpus for that motherboard youll need to upgrade that bios to latest version

since the board is a oem i checked some forums

https://support.cyberpowerpc.com/hc...06083299219-B550AM-Gaming-motherboard-Drivers

bios files
https://www.cyberpowerinc.com/drivers/?dir=Motherboards/MB-478-101 B550AM GAMING/BIOS

3 cpus recomend

ryzen 7 5700x is a power sipper will run on stock solution recomend a 5-6 heatpipe cooler.
ryzen 7 5700x3d ( gets hot) needs a decent cpu cooler no cooler provided in box works on air cooling 7 heatpipe cooler recomended.
ryzen 5900x ( requires water cooling can be air cooled but i had to lock mine to 1.3v voltage. computer kept shutting down)

the games you play are quite cpu sensitive.

also what is your current air cooler how many pipes does it have and what are your cpu temps when gaming if unsure

download hw monitor

https://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/hwmonitor_1.55.exe

and run this in the background while playing fornite for 20 minutes

then check temps.

basicly you need a proper kit

not a single stick of ram.

what brand is your current ram.

basicly a single stick of ram is cutting your performance down realisticly with a proper kit you should hit closer to 130 in battles depending on settings.

but you need a duel kit of ram from the same batch for duel channel to work thats why there sold as kits.

there's no guarantee that ram any ram will work infact smaller ram even if its same make e.g

you mix 32gb with 16gb then only 32gb of that ram will work in duel channel and when it has to access the last 16 it will go back to single channel speed.

updating bios youll need a usb of 16gb 2.0 or 3.0
format it to fat 32

the file you need is

zip
B55AMG_2.zip

10.81 MB

[td width="150px"]

in the folder.

once downloaded youll need to unzip or open the folder and copy and paste the file to the usb.

then update the bios

your following instant flash which is second part of this video
