[HELP] BIOS Password Locked H.D.D

Hello
I have recently remove both my hard drives from my broken laptop and I cannot access the one with the OS on it due to BIOS password.
I used my ASUS G53 laptop's bios to put H.D.D password on my hard drive but now one them is not working when I install them on my PC via SATA cable but the other one works just fine.
I can see that the BIOS of my PC recognizes the installed Hard drive with Password but when the Windows boots up there is no way that I can see or access it, the hard drive is not recognized by the Windows and I do not have access to my laptop. Is there any way on heaven and Earth that I can recover my H.D.D and its content they way it was ?

No one on this site will help you bypass a password. Please contact Windows to have that reset.

The only assistance we can provide here is to get your laptop repaired, reinstall the password protected hard drive and then remove the password protection. Beyond that, Tom's Hardware cannot help you.

Re-opening thread.

This is not an issue about bypassing security. This is an issue about regaining access to a drive (the password is known). The drive, placed into another system shows it as unallocated space. EaseUS Partition recovery fails to detect the partition. Are there any other suggestions that might help out this user?

Yes I do know the password for HDD but I transferred it from Win 7 to a Win XP system. the second HDD is working fine but the first one the one that has the OS in it is not detected by Windows and in Disk management section it is shown as ''Unkown'' unallocated !
The HDD has 2 partitions and it is filled to its neck.
Wiping it is not an option and I am kinda helpless at the moment as you all know this kind of stuff is a real hassle and a pain. I have used my laptop's bios setting to put a password on it and I thought that would be case and I apologize for asking misleading question.
I would really appreciate any and all help regarding this matter.

When I click initialize partition

it ask for a second disk to be selected for initialization and I select Disk 2 but this error appears:
