I will build a near silent pc and i want your opinion. These are the parts i will use. Do you have any other suggestions?

CPU: Intel i5 4440
CPU COOLER: Zalman FX70
VGA: Msi GTX 960(fan start at 60 celcious to work) (already bought for 170 euro)
PSU: Super Flower SF-430P14FG (fanless)
MOBO: MSI H81M-P33
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 8GB
CASE: Silencio 550 Or Lian Li PC7B Plus II ( already have them from older buildings)

This is the place i buy from http://www.skroutz.gr/c/27/pc-hardware.html

and my bugdet is STRICKLY at 440 euro for cpu,cpu cooler, psu, mobo and ram!

What do you guys think? Should i change anything for smt else?

Solution
I would go with (mix of components of this thread):

- i5-4460
- H97 mobo (chose one that fits your needs)
- Super Flower SF-430P14FG (your initial PSU)
- G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Finally, the part that metters (for noise) is the CPU cooler. I advise to go with something that is silent oriented and not performance oriented. This is because your CPU is going to be very cool, since it is not overclocked and is a good architecture when it comes to heat.

So, search for a budget cooler, low noise one. I have a Hyper 212 EVO, and it is very silent. But for an extra 5£ more (or even for the same price), you can get a super super silent CPU cooler.
Check the list I posted before, and look at the dbA. You can...

well i hope i could but i cant. 😛 the bugdet is only for cpu,cpu cooler, psu, mobo and ram. But nice sugestion for for the near coming future. I think i will when i get the money 😀

The seasonic PSUs are just as good, and also very quiet. Get an H97 board, and spend the extra 1 pound for the i5 4460.

Thanks and REALLY appreciate the help but cause i live in Europe - Greece the prices here are higher and since we have economical problem the prices got even higher (a little). Also the cost from bringing them from USA or UK + shipping are even higher. Thats why i left a link from the place with the lowest prices in Greece

as i said the cost here in greece are different but i will try to combine them like that seems better. About my build do you find anything faulty? Cause i realy liked the idea of passive and completly silent pc

Solution

Ok, here is a build from your website. To make things a little easier for me, the $ sign represents the euro:

RAM: Click Here. $47.60
Motherboard: Click Here. $95.48
CPU: Click Here. $192.06
PSU: Click Here. $52.16
CPU Cooler: Click Here. $58.33

Total: $445.63

A bit over budget, but this will be a very quiet build.

Sorry, I wasn't aware of that. However, don't spend $109 on that fanless PSU, It isn't worth getting a lower quality motherboard and weaker CPU. Instead, get this: Click Here. $59.00

i like the idea of a perfectly silent pc with no moving parts 😵 BUT WILL he be able to play games?? or will it overheat? i mean this particular build not the one we-you recommended. also i agree go with a less expensive psu and the money dif make them a 4460 and a better mobo

the only "non moving part" would be the fanless PSU. And no, there is no problem with heat regarding a super silent build, that manages to run recent games in very high.

I stick with my previous post, regarding the parts, although you can indeed search for a cheaper PSU with fan, that is silent.

And the cpu cooler. 😛 Also have you considered to buy used parts from friends family etc it will help with the economic problems

Yes, a cooler (specially a budget one) is indeed something that you can safely get from someone else, since there is a low risk when buying it used. Warning, that the same cannot be said for the other parts (electronics in general).

You also have fanless coolers, and for that CPU, i think you are safe to use one. check benchmarks on the first link i posted.
