Hello everyone. So I built the PC I have now around 4 years ago and so I don't really know what's up with new stuff. But I have a friend who wants me to build a computer for him with a $400 budget. It is just going to be for gaming/surfing the web. He wants a monitor included in the budget. But if he has to go a bit over with the monitor he is cool with that. he just wants a cheap one and will upgrade down the road.

Something like this should be a good starting point...
