Hello I need some help building a decent gaming pc to play games like swtor,skyrim,witcher3 & mainly rpgs without have to turn down settings.
I have a budget of $350-$400 & would appreciate any help given.Also this would be my first time building a pc so any help you would be able to give would also be appreciated.

You cannot build a high settings gaming pc with that kind of budget. You can play at lower settings however with this.

It's a few things in price difference, the cooling setup is different with the higher priced one having both the CPU and GPU being water-cooled, the AIO is a All in one unit closed loop water cooling system. Also the build the build I listed has some other upgrades, like the motherboard, your Blu-ray drive, and the Velox case itself. That's where the price is going up at.
