First time building a gaming pc and I know what I want and they are :

■ Cooler Master HAF X case
■ Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z mobo
■ AMD FX-8350 CPU
■ Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) 2133 MHz

My question is, could I use the Noctua NH-D14 Dual Radiator Cooler in my rig and is the Corsair AX760 PSU enough for my rig???? Any other suggestions on making my rig a beast will be helpful.

That PSU is actually very good, and will be enough for any single GPU you buy, even the GTX 780 ti or the R9 290X

The PSU is a bit overkill, 750W is more than enough for your system. If you want you can opt for the FX6300 (£55 less), and you can get a Radeon 7870 if you want to game as most games are more GPU dependant than CPU dependant. It's entirely your choice though.

So will the Noctua NH-D14 fit in the case with the EVGA GTX 650

Yes, no problem.
Also. if you want to future proof your system, don't buy a GTX 650, that's not enough even for the present.
