Hi,

I'm trying to stream and I have some issues, first my upload is only 0.7 mbps.

Then it seems like my PC is not powerful enough to stream and encode at the same time.

My current PC:

CPU: i 5 4670k
GPU: Ge force 760
2x 8gb ram
150gb SD

So, I do need a better PC if I want to stream more demanding games right?

Should I build one that can both stream and play? It's probably better to build one to play and use this one just to do the encoding to stream right?

So, what should I do? What build would you suggest for a budget of 1500-2000 usd including keyboard and screen?

Solution
Shroud plays 1920 x 1080 at 144hz on a BenQ monitor. Since you live in Portugal there appears to be a smaller selection to choose parts in PC Part Picker and there weren't any monitors of that specification available. If you're going to stream i'd keep it at 1920x1080p, because the higher the resolution, the more overhead will cause poor stream quality. If you can find a monitor that is 144-165hz at 1ms gtg i'd say you're good to go.
You'd be able to stream and game on this computer at the same time or install a capture card in your previous build and use it dedicated for streaming.

Either way this build has you covered:

What is your monitor's resolution and refresh rate and what resolution and bit rate are you going to stream at?

I'm not sure, since it will depend on my internet when I place optical fiber. Right now I have 1920x1080, but I need a new screen too. and use this one for 2d screen. I guess they suggest between 1500 and 2000 bitrate for more potential viewers.

You can use the 1080p monitor for your live stream chat windows.
Is the monitor part of the 2k budget?
What country are you from?
How large do you want your computer?
Do you want RGB and what color scheme are you looking for?

Yeah I said in OP that the screen would be part of it.
i'm from Portugal.
I don't think size matters at all.
I'm not sure about color scheme. I don't know much about that.
BTW I updated the last reply about bitrate.

Thanks a lot :D I probably can order from another country tho, like UK. What about cooler? Water or not?

Since you said UK, I was able to pick out a better motherboard. I'd stick with the stock cooler that comes with it. This way you can put your hard earned money towards higher end hardware components:

If you are running 1080p,
FPS most of the time, so I don't think I need a very high refresh rate.
And not a very high frame rate, than you will not really need to spend 1500-2000.

You should probably spend just 900. Unless you want to run real high settings.

No you don't. The reason I went with an 850w is because it seems only higher wattage psu's have the extra 4 pin eps cable on top of the 8 pin. In reality all you need is a 650w power supply. How much do you want to spend on the case? I know of some great budget options.

The extra 4 eps is for overclocking or what?

Well as long as it looks decent, black, I don't care much about the case. But I may move soon, so maybe a stronger case would be better. Or should I keep all the boxes and unmount the pc when i move?

I probably should keep at 1080 tho,no?

Well since I'm buying, why not just buy a really good one? Will last longer, better for VR when i get a set :D

Also, on this PC I spent like 1 month stress testing for 8h, chaging values and the best i got was like 4.1 (i think other people got it to 4.4-4.6), but then the pc would still crash sometimes. Maybe I did someething wrong or my CPU just scuked ass :D
