Help Building New Gaming Computer

Im needing some help with my new computer im building, i've researched all the hardware im going to be getting, all im needing help with is if they're all compatible.
These are my components:
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P (Motherboard)

AMD FX 6300 6-Core Black Edition 3.5GHz

2x4 G.Skill Ripjaws 1600MHz DDR3 Ram

700w ThermalTake LitePower Power Supply (700w is just peak, max output is 600w)

Deepcool Ice Blade Pro V2 Cpu Cooler

Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 OC

Zalman Z3 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case

I've checked through, and it seems it should all be fine, just the Power Supply i think may be a bit under powered...
Please help with my build, if theres any recommendations please tell me.

What is your total budget? Why not Intel Platform? Change this PSU and better grab Seasonic/XFX/Antec series PSU in 650W.

Like what @EasyGamer said, why not Intel, consumes less power and produces less heat, I suggest a lower end intel i5 or a high end i3

Intel stock coolers comes with pre-applied thermal paste. You don't need to worry in this regard.
