[SOLVED] Help building new gaming computer

Hello! I am trying to make a new gaming build since my previous (i5 6600k, gtx 1060) is currently slowly dying on me, i'm a new member here so I apologise if this is the wrong place to ask.
I did some research and came up with some parts but need help finishing the list and also any comments are welcome on my choices.
The build will be mainly used for 1080p gaming on a 27 AOC 144hz monitor, possible upgrade next year but probably not.

i5 12600kf
MSI PRO z690 - A DDR4 ATX LGA 1700 mobo
Corseair 2x16gb ddr4 - 3600 cl18 ram
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2tb M.@-2280 NVME ssd
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Gaming OC
Corsair RMx (2018) 750w 80+ gold psu

These are the parts I am kind of confident in but also welcome any comments, my issue is with what case and cpu cooler to use.
Also it should be noted that i will be buying all those parts in Greece, and I'd rather not have to wait 10+ days for it so Amazon is not really an option.

also the cooler is hard to figure out because i feel that paying 120+ for it is too much (maybe i'm wrong here and its worth it, if so then please let me know!) and I'm unable to find any half decent cooler that fits the CPU and costs closer to 50 euros.

Sadly the dark rock pro 4 does not contain a 1700 mount kit and its impossible to find one at this time without ordering it from Germany :/
So I will be getting the AK620, thanks a lot! will it fit fine in the case i linked earlier?
Also thanks for the tray variant on the cpu! changed that as well
