I have been having trouble looking for cheap parts for a pc build would someone be able to help me get some specs and under the budget of 800, im wanting to run Battlefield one with medium settings.

Solution
You don't need a $800 computer to Run Battlefield 1 at high settings, but do you still want me to list you parts for a $800 computer?

Because you can play Battlefield 1 at high settings with a $500-$600 computer... depending on the resolution (1080p in this case)
