When you move a boot device from one port to another it can get confusing. In the Boot Priority Sequence the mobo will show you the names of your devices (just as before) but it actually "remembers" the specific PORTS that it used to use. Try these steps to fix that.
1. Shut down and disconnect all your hard drives and SSD. Leave only an optical drive unit connected.
2. Apply power and reboot directly into BIOS Setup. Go to setting the Boot Priority Sequence and set that optical unit as the only boot device, and no others. SAVE and EXIT and the machine will try to boot from there and fail because you don't have a bootable DVD in it. That's OK. This erases old records of where to boot from.
3. Shut down and reconnect your SSD and HDD units where you want them.
4. Apply power and boot directly into BIOS Setup again. This time set your Boot Priority Sequence to what you want. My preference would be to try the optical unit first, then the SSD second, and no other choices. But do it your way. SAVE and EXIT again, and your machine should boot properly. This establishes a new device sequence using the actual ports your devices are now connected to.
