Hello, having a hard time, can't decide between these two: AMD Ryzen 7800x3d vs 7900. In my country Spain, the prices are identical.
Gaming would be priority number 1, but I also like having an "overall" good processor capable of anything. I don't do "productivity" as I think experts define it. For me productivity is having many tabs open and youtube playing in the background while I am playing.. No editing, streaming, recording... or professional programming.
I understand that 7900 (no X) is very temperature and power efficient - that appeals to me as I live in a hot country and ambient temps can stay at 30-40celsius. But then also, if 7900 is more productivity based, I am worried to miss out on "both ends" have a weaker gaming rig and never truly utilize the productivity potential... I am so torn that I ever started considering waiting for the next generation of zen.
Any tips and opinions appreciated, thank you. Sidenote- I have already settled on GPU - 7800XT if that influences anything.
