Question Help choosing 6900xt vs 3080ti vs 3090 read. (gaming)

So i have some offers here thing is for 700 usd 6900xt water cooled Asus Strix. vs 3080ti ftw evga ultra 650usd vs 3090 asus strix $750 usd
not sure which one to choose. and if the amd card supports ray traced games

r7 5700x + water cooling tt 360
2x16gb vengance 3600mhz
850w gigabyte gold
b550 aorus elite
ssd 1tb nvme 1tb
tv lg 50 4k + asus tuf 27" 165hz 1080p
So

with only ~$100 difference i would be going for the best option available, the RTX 3090.
if you have the cash to blow though, go with an RTX 4090.

AMD's RX cards have a difficult time dealing with Ray Tracing in general.
also their FSR isn't supposed to be as efficient as Nvidia's DLSS.
tuf 27" 165hz 1080p
i'd also be looking for a better display with such powerful cards in use;
ultra-wide 1440p or >=32' 2160p.

much appreciate john!! and yeah. when i got this display the only choises were gigabyte 2k 165 but ive read that it had manny issues and not accuarate 165hz panel so.. bought the asus tuf one ( im probably selling this one and getting a 2k)

I get where you are coming from but the issue is you have games like hogwharts legacy that can use almost 10gb of vram at 1080p. Manufacturers will likely be pushing that boundary in the future. So what happens say in a year or two they are using that 12gb vram at say 1440p? Then you have an 800 dollar card you’ll be having to turn settings down. Not because of lack of power but simply because the vram buffer fills up.

that i didnt know lol. so the 6900 16 ram seems a good option then. i still hope the guy with the 3090 show up today.
