I will be getting a 5600 or 5600x and I need to choose a b550 board. Most important thing for me is better performance in cpu based games (dont know if a motherboard can have an affect on this) and audio.
The highest I would go for is an Asus tuf b550 plus (170€) but there are some cheaper options that I want to hear an opinion on. The cheaper boards I was look at are all Asrock: b550m steel legend (147€) , b550/b550m pro4 (135/114€) and b550 phantom gaming 4 (122€).
I included the prices so u can get a feeling how much I would be spending (parts will be bought from local store so dont recommend othere motherborads).
So now that u know the prices and my needs what would ur suggestion be. (Store will be building the PC so bios flashback isnt a need).

Also 1 more additional question, I will be gaming csgo and valorant in 1080p (so high in fps), is it worth getting an 5600x for 12€ more (€ and $ should be the same). How much performance difference is there.

In all honesty, you could pick any of the above listed boards, provided they are all you have access to. I'd get the 5600X over that small price difference. As for the lone matx board, I'd advise on getting an matx chassis as opposed to dropping a smaller board into a big chassis.

Ty for reply, why woudnt you recommend putting mATX into a classic ATX case?
Also if the difference between the x and non x is more than 30$ its not worth it right?
