I'm about to finish my build and wanted to share my current setup. I've already purchased all the parts except the case, and I'm considering going with the Cooler Master HAF 700:

Motherboard: MSI MAG X870E TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard ($320.01 @ Amazon)
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory ($94.79 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($199.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Asus TUF GAMING OC GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB Video Card ($1549.00 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master HAF 700 ATX Full Tower Case ($299.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair HX1200 Platinum 1200 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($405.00 @ Amazon)

I currently have a TUF GT501 case, which I could reuse. However, its airflow isn't the best due to the metal front panel. I’m wondering if it’s worth upgrading to the HAF 700 for better thermals, or if I should stick with the GT501 and maybe just swap out the fans for higher-performance ones.
Also, I’m not sure if the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360mm (38mm thick) will fit in the GT501 — if anyone has experience with this cooler in that case, your input would be really helpful.
I'm open to case suggestions as well — airflow and radiator clearance are top priorities.

My current case:

There should be plenty of room to mount that AIO in the case you have whether doing front or top. While it's certainly not an ideal case design as long as you don't mind additional fan noise required for better airflow it should be fine to continue using it.

The HAF 700 was top of my list when building my new machine, but when I measured out the area it was just a bit too tall. It's definitely a great case, but unless you need the unique characteristics (I was going to mount CPU and GPU AIO side by side in the top for example) the job can be done by several other cases. I liked the Corsair 5000D my old system was in quite a bit and they have a fancier version with the 5000T. The only problem I have with my current case (Be Quiet...
The case you've picked out isn't bad but it's too bulky for my taste. My suggestion would be to go for something sleeker, like the Frame 4000D from Corsair or the Define 7 from Fractal.

For the sake of relevance, since this site and the majority of it's user base is based in USA, where are you located? What is your preferred site for purchase? What is your budget for a case purchase?

Just an FYI, cases should be personal preference. You'll be the one living with the build at the end of the day.

I'm located in Costa Rica, I'll probably buy the case from here, I would say my budget is about the cost of that case 330 dollars max, I'm ok with something cheaper though. I'm also considering keeping my case and changing the fans.

The only problem I have with my current case (Be Quiet Dark Base Pro 901) is the 30mm thick radiator limit for side mounting otherwise it's fantastic.

Just a handful of other premium choices I can think of: InWin MODFREE (Deluxe) and PRISM, Antec Flux Pro, Thermaltake CTE C700/C750, Fractal Design Meshify 3, Lian Li LANCOOL 217 and O11 series, Cooler Master MasterFrame 600, Hyte Y60/Y70, HAVN HS420 and Asus PA602.

I'm REALLY late to reply to this, but this sounds like a perfect reason to get an Antec Flux Pro. If your budget for a full tower is $300, this will be $120 cheaper, so you can pick and choose fans to replace the ones included. GN gave it top notch scores for airflow and temps.
