Help choosing a low-power GPU??

Hello, I have a dinosaur of a pc sitting in my living room, it's an old media center pc, and the 7500 LE in it has finally died. My buddy's laptop got stolen so we're trying to set up the old pc as a Lol station so we can play some doubles.
I remember about 3 months ago before the card died it was hitting a solid 60+fps in Lol (on absolutely lowest settings) And this was a card from 2007! I could also play other low end games, like tf2 and Minecraft. There has to be a cheap modern card I can get that I can hit 60fps in Lol on my old PC. And by cheap I mean $100 - $200. I'm pretty sure it only has a 300W Power Supply, which might be a problem :/

GTX 750 Ti is currently the best option for low-power builds. It doesn't require any external power connectors and is a decently performing card--should get you Radeon 7850-ish performance.

The Nvidia 750/750 Ti would probably be your best bet. It does not required external power from the PSU (aquired from the motherboard).

So be it that your PC is not proprietary like Dell, HP, or the like. They sometimes do not take to GPU upgrades as they sometimes have only specific cards that can be installed/replaced. If this is a custom build, you will be fine. Just make sure that the case can handle standard sized cards and dual slots. If you post the rest of the PC specs, a definite answer could be given.
