help choosing a vpn provider

Hi I need some advice on choosing a provider for vpn.
I live in uk and want a vpn mainly to access sites blocked from uk isp also able me to stream video from other countries like usa.
I want a vpn that does not log everything.
There are so many to choose from so a little help would be much appreciated.

It is against Tom's Hardware policies to assist in bypassing security protocols for any reason. This includes bypassing website blocking software.
