Theres much difference or what are the main difference between this two mobos im planning to buy for my i3 4160 : ASRock B85M-DGS vs ASRock H97M PRO4 . The asrock h97m is a little bit more expensive, which feautres do i have that arent on the cheaper one???

Solution
I would have no problem with the ASRock B85M-DGS
It supports 4160 as of bios level 1.20 which was released over a year ago.
If you buy new from an active vendor, your motherboard will have the latest bios.
I would not worry about old stock.
If you are buying used, that is another matter.

I see no compelling differences between B85 and H97.

Solution
H97M Pro4 has 50% more USB 3 and SATA ports, has an extra PCIEv2 x16 slot, supports thunderbolt add-in card, supports SLI/CrossFireX, has a better audio solution, better power delivery, and as TechyInAZ pointed out, the BIOS is sure to support your CPU out of the box, rather than having to flash to a new BIOS first.
