Help choosing on ps4 and pc

So i am looking for a wise buy. I have 2 options. One thing to consider is the price of course.

1st: Used gaming pc
Motherboard msi z77a-g45 military class
Core i5 2nd gen.
8gb ram
250gb hdd
R9 270x windforce 2gb ddr5
No ssd
Price: US460$

2nd: ps4 (not the pro or slim) 1TB
5 months used
1 controler
5 physical games
Price: US243$

Please I need ur opinion. Which is the best buy of the two?

Personally I would go with the PC. You can upgrade it in the future whenever you have money and there quite a few games for free on Steam.

Which is the best of the two? Its up to which one you would prefer more. A pc that you can upgrade and use for other things or a console with 5 games
