Help choosing PSU and GPU

Hi everyone, i have a G3258 that i will try to OC to 4.1Ghz. I'm tempted to buy a SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R9 280 3GB GDDR5, but that means i have to upgrade my power supply.
I have a good deal to buy the Enermax infiniti 720w for less than 100$. I know it's an old power supply but i think it's as good a a lot of new ones. Whats yout opinion?

Do you have any other suggestion? My budget to the PSU is 120$ top.
PS. I plan to upgrade to an i5-4790k in the future, also to make some OC

A GTX 970 GPU. It's on par and above a 280. I luv mine.

$69.99 after a $20 rebate. More power than you need but good peace of mind. Especially if you want to add another GPU to your system or other upgrades, etc.

Thanks in advance. I have one problem i forgot to mention, i live in europe, so i can't buy on newegg, they will not send to my country and i can't find some models around here and rosewill is one of them.

I have a list of some that i will share. In your opinion what is best and what has the better ratio performance/money. (I will put in USD)

Edit: After a discount I can buy the Enermax infiniti 720w for about 85$. Is this a good choice?

Of the choices, I would probably pick the Antec True Power PSU. It is able to output more amps, 60amps.
