Help, Computer screen has problem. Small mosaic show up on screen

I just built my new computer. MY graphic card is MSI R9 270 2GB and the screen is ACER 23" IPS screen. It works fine unless small mosaic show up. the detail is like this picture.

Mosaic was randomly shown up on the screen. And this mosaic was follow by the program. If i change to another program, it will be fine. But when i tap back. It still shows up on the screen. Is this graphic problem, or screen problem, or driver's problem?

thats a spyware or malware

possible solutions:
1) get an anti virus and scan and repair your computer. i prefer getting a norton antivirus
2) back up all your files and reformat your pc. you can find the instructions in google just search how to reformat pc
