Hello everyone,I would like an advice on the best possibly upgrade for my pc for gaming, with a
budget of 500-600$.

Pc specs:
power supply: corsair 650W gold TX650M
Motherboard: GA H110M-S2H
Memory:2x8 GB ddr4 3000MHZ CL15kit
Cpu: i5 7400 3GHz

Solution
Do you have an SSD? If not that would be a good start. You can reuse your ram, unless you wish to upgrade it too. This would pair up fine, with your current GPU.

4k gaming, you are going to need a new GPU, and getting a 4k capable card, in this climate, at that budget, isn't possible. Also 4c/4t gaming is dead, for modern gaming, so the CPU needs upgraded regardless. Your GPU would be ok for high refresh 1080p, and probably be decent for 1440p as well.
