HELP Cpu Back plate melted?

So i have the hyper 212 evo and i decided to install it again because i thought i overtightened it and it could wiggle a bit , so first things first after unscrewing the bolts on the bracket i realised the backplate bolts came off on their own, and after that i noticed there is a glue like substence on the backplate where the bolts go in , after that i thought it was part of the motherboard hot ironing into it , so i washed it off with hot water , after that i saw on the manu that it was actually a part of the backplate and it has a danger sign saying dont peel off. The backplate sticks a little bit , is it safe to install again?
