Question Help! Cpu freq drops while gaming

I have a 2021 ROG zephyrus G15, It's a laptop with rtx 3080 and r9 5900hs. The cpu has turbo core iirc, which heats the cpu up to boiling temp to launch games and software 2 seconds faster, so i changed min and max processor state to 99%. Most of the time frequency is exactly 3202 mhz, but sometimes when I'm gaming frequency drops along with framerate. It's especially apparent in Helldivers 2, where it drops all the way to 2400 mhz and the framerate typically doesn't surpass 335 fps... on a 3080... yeah something's definitely wrong. In apex legends frequency sometimes drops to 2900 but the framerate usually stays above 80 on ultra. In helldivers graphics don't impact performance for me, though. Utilization stays around 70% for cpu and 50 for gpu. What do i do to get a 5900 to perform like a 5900?

Latest BIOS version for your laptop? You could try and undervolt your discrete GPU so it dumps less heat, meanwhile you could read through this guide.
