[Help] Crashing during Gameplay with event viewer log

Hello everyone, I am experiencing a full computer crash where the computer restarts. It doesn't freeze for a second just restarts. This happens in X-plane 10 and total rome 2 (only intensive games I've really tried so far) I am lost as to what it could be

I have installed whocrashed but nothing comes up in the log.

Is there any other logging software I can try? In system properties these are the options it gives me for creating a dump http://i39.tinypic.com/111ma9j.png

I have 16 gb ram, 3970x CPU , SLI 780s (Evga SC) mobo is a gigabyte UP4

Another weird thing is when I try passmarks benchmarking software for the gpu always RIGHT AFTER The alien jellyfish thing is about to end it crashes/restarts every time. I have the most current Nvidia drivers so IDK i'm lost and very upset =/

As far as temps the NVidia monitor says all cpus are under 50 and the video cards in sli are under 40

there is no BSOD it just restarts - I have tried disabling restart on BSOD screen goes black and just instantly reboots

I have tried SLI, and SLI disabled and still every time I run xplane10 after it finishes loading and as soon as I start moving the plane around (on default rendering options) The computer reboots. Again temps are very low so it looks like it is not temp related.

After reading some stuff I found that it could (I don't know what it is you guys are better at this then me) be gigabytes motherboard at fault...(total war rome 2 form)
I am not familiar with this sort of thing and need some assistance is this the correct update? http://i40.tinypic.com/6fa9ud.png (this is with the @bios utility from gigabyte) Right now my mobo is at F3P (I believe that's the patch #)

As an update I managed to find this in the event viewer from NVidia if this helps any with finding out what the problem is
