Hello,

I've noticed that my FPS in CS:GO is way worse than what it was before.
I started playing CS in 2015/16
I used to have over 200 FPS at basicly all times.
In the benchmark map I've used to test my fps, I get an average of 190.
This number also used to be way higher, around 280 I think.
My hardware has not changed in ages.

FPS on the maps I play also drop below 144 quite a bit, and the fps just feels less smooth overall at every fps below 250.

This really sucks since I upgraded to a 144hz monitor 2 months ago.

My setup:

-Intel Core i5 4440 @3.3Ghz

-Nvidia Geforce 970

-ASRock H81M HDS Motherboard

-16GB Ram

-Windows 10

What I've tried:

-Downgrading GPU driver, tested about 4 diffrent versions. From ("very") old to new

-Checked temps, they are fine.

Any tips are welcome.

Thanks

Solution
